By accessing or using Agent Mom ("the Service"), operated by Agent Mom LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. The Service is currently in beta and is provided for early access testing purposes.
Agent Mom is an AI-powered family logistics management platform that integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and email providers. The Service provides automated calendar management, email inbox monitoring, task creation, document and image extraction capabilities, and SMS/text message notifications. The Service is designed to assist with family organization but should not be solely relied upon for critical scheduling needs. Agent Mom utilizes an AI "Chief of Staff" to orchestrate family logistics, detect scheduling conflicts, and provide intelligent recommendations.
The Service is currently offered as a beta product. As a beta tester, you acknowledge and agree that:
To use the Service, you must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep this information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
The Service connects with third-party platforms including but not limited to Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Workspace, and Twilio (for SMS/text messaging). By authorizing these connections, you grant Agent Mom permission to access and process data from these services on your behalf in order to provide the Service's functionality. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Agent Mom account settings or directly through the third-party platform's settings (for Google services, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, functionality, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Agent Mom uses Google API Services to provide core features of the Service. When you connect your Google account, you will be asked to grant Agent Mom specific permissions ("scopes"). Agent Mom requests only the minimum permissions necessary to provide the features you choose to use. Below is a detailed explanation of the Google API permissions Agent Mom may request and how each is used:
Google Calendar — Read and Write Access
Agent Mom requests read and write access to your Google Calendar data (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar). This permission allows Agent Mom to:
Agent Mom will never create, modify, or delete calendar events without your explicit review and approval. All changes are presented as recommendations that require human-in-the-loop confirmation before being applied.
Gmail — Read and Write Access
Agent Mom requests read and write access to your Gmail data (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify). This permission allows Agent Mom to:
Agent Mom scans email content solely for scheduling-related information and family logistics. We do not read, analyze, store, or process email content for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service's scheduling and organizational features. Agent Mom will never send an email from your account without your explicit review and approval.
Google User Profile
Agent Mom may request basic profile information (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile) to identify your account and personalize the Service experience. This includes your name and email address associated with your Google account.
Limited Use Compliance
Agent Mom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
Agent Mom may offer SMS/text message notifications powered by Twilio to deliver scheduling alerts, reminders, conflict notifications, and action item updates directly to your mobile device. By opting in to SMS notifications, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Your privacy is critically important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy, including family calendar data, email content related to scheduling and events, task and action item data you create, documents and images you upload for extraction, phone number for SMS notifications (if opted in), and usage analytics and feedback. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, extract information from documents and images, identify scheduling conflicts, and provide organizational suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated suggestions before they are applied to your calendars, tasks, or other data. Agent Mom is not liable for any consequences resulting from decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations, including but not limited to missed appointments, incorrect scheduling, or erroneous data extraction.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations; upload malicious content, viruses, or code, or attempt to compromise system security; misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity; use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written authorization; interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; or use the Service to collect information about other users without their consent.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, technology, algorithms, AI models, user interface, branding, logos, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Agent Mom LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or brand features. You retain ownership of your personal data and content that you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, process, and use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENT MOM LLC AND ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. This includes but is not limited to missed appointments, scheduling errors, data loss, unauthorized access to your account, reliance on AI-generated recommendations, failed or delayed SMS notifications, or inability to access the Service. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. During the beta period, the Service is provided for testing purposes and may not represent the final product. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content, calendar conflict detection, or data extraction.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agent Mom LLC and its founders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your use or misuse of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any content or data you submit through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through the form on our website. Upon termination: your right to use the Service ceases immediately; we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies outlined in the Privacy Policy; any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, and 16.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Texas. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email to the address associated with your account, through the Service, or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Agent Mom LLC regarding your use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
